This wonderful enhancement to an already lively outdoor living space became a favorite hang out for family and friends providing a shaded space for warm weather activities and dry space on rainy days. Previously only a graveled patio space several steps below the first floor level had acted as more of a boundary between the house and the beautifully designed pool and terrace to the rear. The new porch addition was designed for easy conversion to a glassed-in three season room in the future. Along with the new deck it also provides a convenient transition at floor level to pool and shaded outdoor areas.
