Built on a lake in a nature preserve in eastern Jefferson County this new form replaces an existing dilapidated structure yet retains approximately the original proportions. A heavier structure and detailing follows more contemporary building standards. Features include a roofed boat slip, built in bench and a hinged stair carriage to allow for minor ground movement and settling.
